Atelier Buqe respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us or book a consultation, how we use it, and how it's protected.
When you submit a consultation request, we collect your full name, phone number, email address, wedding date, any notes you provide, your body measurements, and up to five reference photos you choose to upload.
Your details are used solely to prepare for your fitting, design and produce your gown, and to contact you regarding your order. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Measurements and reference photos are used only by our design and atelier team to craft your gown. Photos are not published or shared publicly unless you separately agree to their use in our portfolio.
Submitted information is stored securely and is only accessible to Atelier Buqe staff involved in preparing your order. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.
We retain your information for as long as needed to complete your order and to maintain records for future alterations or repeat commissions. You may request that your data be deleted at any time.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us directly.
