By booking a consultation or commissioning a gown with Atelier Buqe, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
All consultations are by appointment only. We reserve the right to reschedule with 24 hours notice. Appointments that are missed without prior notice may forfeit their slot.
A 50% deposit is required to begin production on any commissioned gown. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the gown.
Two rounds of alterations are included in the price of every gown. Additional alterations beyond this will be quoted and charged separately.
Gowns are typically ready 3–6 months from the date of order confirmation. Rush orders may be accommodated at an additional fee, subject to availability.
Atelier Buqe is not responsible for damage to gowns after they have been collected by the client. We recommend professional dry cleaning and proper storage.
Atelier Buqe reserves the right to photograph gowns for portfolio and promotional use unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to collection.
